Marianne Horinko 
President and Founder of The Horinko Group (THG)

THG is an environmental consulting firm that identifies environmental solutions for state and federal governments and the private sector. Ms. Horinko’s particular expertise is in watershed-based approaches to cleanup, corporate sustainability and public-private partnerships. Before founding THG, Ms. Horinko served as Assistant Administrator for the Office of Solid Waste (OSWER) at EPA, and Acting Administrator in 2003. During her time at EPA she developed the National Approach to Response after her involvement in post September 11th environmental cleanup activities and the Columbia Space Shuttle Disaster.
